Return and Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to You
We want you to love your Yu-Gi-Oh cards and collection bundles. If something's not right, we'll make it easy to return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return (EU consumer rights).

  • Items must be unused, in original condition (cards in sleeves/toploaders if provided), and complete.

  • Returns for change of mind are accepted—no questions asked.

  • Damaged,, or misrepresented items qualify anytime—contact us immediately with photos.

3. How to Return

  1. Email us at orders@vangelistcg.eu within 14 days with your order number, reason, and photos.

  2. We'll approve and provide a free return label (we cover shipping costs both ways).

  3. Pack securely and ship back using our label.

  4. Once received and inspected (1-3 business days), we'll process your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Full refund to original payment method (including original shipping).

  • Processed within 5 business days of inspection.

  • No restocking fees.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom bundles or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective.

  • We don't cover return shipping for international buyers outside EU (buyer pays).

  • Proof of shipment required; lost returns are your responsibility until we receive them.
