1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of vangelistcg.eu and purchases from Vangelist CG ("we," "us"). By ordering, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: March 14, 2026.

2. Orders and Payments

Orders are offers to buy; we confirm acceptance via email.
Prices include VAT (Polish rates apply). Full payment upfront via [list methods, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer].
We reserve the right to cancel orders (full refund if so).

3. Shipping and Delivery

Ships within 2-3 business days via [e.g., Polish Post office, DHL].
Delivery times: 2-5 days EU, 5-14 days international.

4. Products

All Yu-Gi-Oh cards are authentic, graded as described (Near Mint unless stated).
Condition photos available on request; bundles are as-is lots.

5. Your Account

Provide accurate info; you're responsible for account security.

6. Limitation of Liability

Products sold as-is; no warranties beyond description.
We're not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost games). Max liability: order value.
Force majeure (e.g., strikes) excuses delays.
